**Position Summary**

We are strengthening our Talent Acquisition portfolio at Integrated Business Services (IBS), through which we deliver effective and impactful solutions to proactively source, attract, engage, and acquire key talent for the Markets we serve from the NBS Centers network. To further enable this service scope, we are looking for a Global Talent Acquisition Solutions Lead, reporting to the Head of HR Business Services, to drive global functional leadership and solutions’ design across geographies, responsible for improving the delivery of the end-to-end scope of Talent Acquisition services and acquire the best talent for Nestlé

**A day in the life of...**
- Design, deploy and manage an efficient Talent Acquisition Service Delivery Model for Integrated Business Services
- Collaborate with IT, HR Business Services, Corporate HR, and other Nestlé organizations to evolve the strategic positioning by leveraging Strategic workforce planning insights and value delivery of Talent Acquisition for the Business, Markets and Functions
- Govern and measure an effective delivery of our Talent Acquisition services for the Markets in scope, leading the IBS Talent Acquisition network
- Continuously identify opportunities to provide impactful talent solutions and consultancy, as well as develop the service portfolio
- Represent IBS Talent Acquisition Services within HR in the Markets and Zones, being a trusted and cooperative Talent Acquisition Advisor

**What will make you successful**
- Strong understanding of the Business, Market and Function experience in the capacity of COE, HRBP and HR Operations.
- Experience with designing and leading E2E Talent Acquisition strategies and services, based on concrete and measurable value delivery, as well as continuous improvement
- Experience with service transitions, project and change management, being comfort working and leading complex projects in cross functional and cross geographical teams
- Resourcefulness and proactivity to continuously search for new models, technologies, and types of services to promote improved efficiency and value delivery
- Management of diverse team clubbed with strong stakeholder management and experience managing cooperative relationships
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work/adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Able to assess and interpret data to create relevant insights and meaningful performance measures
- Highly effective communicator and influencer for sustainable functional leadership
- Developed proficiency in English
