**About the Role**

As a key member of our Global Talent Supply Centre of Excellence team, you’ll manage Talent Acquisition for senior positions globally for a specific Business Unit. You’ll also be responsible for strategic activities and projects related to the Talent Supply Strategy.

**What You Will Do**:

- Build effective relationships with the Business Unit to influence leaders to proactively address recruitment challenges.
- Leverage best-in-class trends, benchmarks, sources, technologies and master key analytics metrics to effectively track results and leverage data to drive decisions making.
- Embrace and drive our Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition principles, strategy, tools & process within our Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition Teams locally by creating an inspiring environment fostering a collaborative culture.
- Plan, develop, manage and oversee TA projects within a complex matrix setting.

**Who You Are**:

- You possess a University Degree or equivalent within relevant practice.
- You have a proven track record of managing senior recruitments within a Corporate Unit. Experience in the medical industry is an advantage.
- You have demonstrated ability to independently manage global projects with multiple tasks, while simultaneously being able to shift priorities to meet business needs.
- You are result oriented with high sense of urgency, and ability to lead and/or participate in cross-functional and cross-regional teams.
- You are a change agent and skilled communicator who can effectively convey messages to different audiences.
- You’re digitally savvy, proficient in all Microsoft office products, and have experience utilizing HRIS systems (Workday is a plus), sourcing strategies, channels, recruiting metrics and analytics.
- Fluent in English. German, Swedish, Spanish language is a plus.
