**About the Opportunity**: We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic Bilingual Customer Support Specialists to become part of our vibrant and diverse team in the beautiful city of Lisbon If you excel in communication, love assisting people, and wish to work in a multicultural environment, this is the perfect role for you. We have two distinct but equally challenging roles available:

- ** Hotel Reservation Customer Service**
- **Cloud Solutions Customer Support**

**Role #1: Hotel Reservation Customer Service** Join our hospitality support team and make travel experiences seamless and delightful for our customers. Your proficiency in French will add value to those who prefer to converse in their native language

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Resolve all aspects of customer inquiries concerning bookings, upgrades, rescheduling, and any related doubts.
- Work closely with partner hotels to ensure customer preferences and special requests are communicated and handled with care.
- Be accountable for a range of customer service functions including bookings, cancellations, complaints handling, and billing queries.

**Role #2: Cloud Solutions Customer Support for European Cloud Provider** Be a part of our tech-forward cloud services team, dedicated to delivering exceptional support experiences in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain a commitment to deliver high-quality customer service that enhances the overall customer experience.
- Ensure follow-through on customer queries until full resolution, adhering to commitments within set deadlines.
- Engage with multiple departments to guarantee customer requests are processed smoothly.
- Keep meticulous records of customer interactions and steps taken to resolve issues.

**Requirements**:

- French proficiency at C2 level and English skills at B2-C1 level
