We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team.

As a Customer Support Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers. Your role will be crucial in delivering exceptional support and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will have the opportunity to interact with customers from various backgrounds and provide assistance across multiple channels.

**Responsibilities**:

- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to ensure a positive customer experience
- Process client requests, such as order placements, returns, and exchanges, accurately and efficiently
- Perform document management tasks, including updating customer records and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
- Assist with policy changes, claims, and other customer-related inquiries
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively address customer inquiries
- Meet or exceed performance targets, such as response time, customer satisfaction ratings, and first-call resolution rate
- Continuously improve customer service skills through training and self-development

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in English, French or German are welcome
- Proven experience in customer support or a related role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software
- Empathy and patience in dealing with customers' concerns and complaints
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, if required
