**A new restaurant located in Parque das Nações in Lisbon is seeking an experienced and creative Head Chef with a minimum of 3 years of work experience to craft unique culinary masterpieces. We are looking for a professional ready to infuse our menu with fresh ideas, with a background in European cuisine and proficiency in the English language.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Developing and enhancing the menu with a focus on European culinary traditions.
- Ensuring the quality and flavors of dishes.
- Training and supervising kitchen staff.
- Adhering to kitchen safety and sanitation standards.
- Managing inventory and sourcing ingredients.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of **3 years** of experience in the restaurant industry, including prior experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of European cuisine and a willingness to incorporate its elements into our dishes.
- Proficiency in the English language, adequate for effective communication and kitchen operations.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Desenvolver e aprimorar o menu com foco nas tradições culinárias europeias.
- Garantir a qualidade e o sabor dos pratos.
- Treinar e supervisionar a equipe de cozinha.
- Cumprir os padrões de segurança e saneamento na cozinha.
- Gerenciar o estoque e aquisição de ingredientes.

**Requisitos**:

- Um mínimo de **3 anos** de experiência na indústria de restaurantes, incluindo experiência anterior em posição similar.
