Energetic digital marketer/DJ - Digital Jockey

HAVING FUN - A CONCEPT WE SIMPLY CANNOT DISSOCIATE FROM WORK

Working with core marketing functions on attracting and converting leads through campaign concept, custom content requirements and creative development

Working with the Customer Experience Management team to support initiatives focused on delivering a smooth customer journey and amplify omnichannel

Working with various teams to develop plans, including go to market strategies and delivering new value propositions in response to the evolving needs of the various customer segments

Analyze consumer journey behaviors with research and marketing channel conversion data to improve customer acquisition and digital marketing strategy

Owning relationships with relevant agencies/external stakehoders

Identifying effective marketing messages, value proposition (based on value curves), materials, channels, platforms, and tools for the various customer segments

Gathering insights to monitor the market, competitors, customers behavior

Collaborate with senior stakeholders across the business (e.g. working in cooperation with the central marketing team to create aligned consumer communications to ensure consistent brand messages)

**HOW WE HOPE YOU HAD FUN BEFORE BUMPING INTO US**:

- Ideally you have some experience of delivering campaigns in online channels
- We hope that it is in your nature the ability to plan and deliver multiple projects simultaneously, track priorities and performance and ensure execution/launch

- whether it is VUCA or BANI, the world now needs a clear capability to translate solutions into creation and delivery of practical and workable plans that have a clear business impact so we hope you understand the smashing importance of just “making it work, somehow”
