**We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Support to join our dynamic international Talent Acquisition Team**

**About the Role**

**What You Will Do**
- Develop sourcing strategies aligned with the needs.
- Conduct market research to achieve talent insights.
- Partner with the TA & HR team and hiring managers to drive the recruitment process for assigned roles.
- Build effective relationships with TA & the business to influence leaders to proactively address todays and future recruitment challenges.
- Conduct reference and background checks when needed.
- Communicate recruitment-related information to all levels of the business as required.

**Who You Are**
- University/College degree or equivalent.
- 2 years related professional experience, preferably in recruitment.
- You are proactive and passionate about Talent acquisition and Talent landscapes.
- You possess marketing skills as well as the ability to influence and communicate at all levels.
- You are able to multitask and thrive in high pressured environments.
- You are curious and eager to learn.
- Good level of English. Other languages will be considered a plus German, French, Swedish, Portuguese, Spanish.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office and ATS.
