**Zu Deinen Aufgaben als Customer Support Specialist gehören**:

- Effiziente Bearbeitung eingehender Anrufe und Kundendienstanfragen per Telefon und E-Mail
- Bereitstellung präziser, zuverlässiger und umfassender Informationen für Kunden
- Analysieren und Bewerten der Kundenbedürfnisse, um ihre Zufriedenheit sicherzustellen
- Generierung von potenziellen Kundenkontakten, die effektiv in neue Kunden umgewandelt werden
- Führen von Aufzeichnungen über Kundeninteraktionen, Bearbeiten von Kundenkonten und Organisieren von Dokumenten
- Demonstration außergewöhnlichen Engagements im Umgang mit Kunden und Übertreffen ihrer Erwartungen

**Requirements**:
\_\_Deine Qualifikationen\_\_
- Du sprichst Deutsch als Muttersprache (oder auf C2 Niveau)
- Neben Deutsch, sprichst du auch fließend Englisch (auf B2 Niveau)
- Du verfügst über gute Fähigkeiten im Umgang mit Telefongesprächen und kannst aktiv zuhören
- Du verfügst über ausgeprägte Multitasking-Fähigkeiten, kannst Aufgaben effektiv nach Prioritäten ordnen und hast ein effizientes Zeitmanagement
- Du beherrschst hervorragende Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und kannst auf unterschiedliche Persönlichkeiten und Charaktere eingehen
- Du bist anpassungsfähig und hast einen ausgeprägten Sinn für Teamarbeit
- Erfahrungen im Bereich der Kundenbetreuung in einer relevanten Funktion sind von Vorteil
