- Develop and execute retention strategies to maximize customer lifetime value and reduce churn rates.
- Analyze customer data and behavior to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in retention efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development, to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retention marketing within the _gambling_, gaming, or _betting_ sectors.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retention marketing, preferably within the _gambling_, gaming, or _betting_ industry.
- Proficiency in both Ukrainian and English languages, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Proven track record of driving results in customer retention and engagement initiatives.
