**What does your day-to-day in this role look like**:
- Collaborate with partners to develop and optimize their channels, driving increased platform usage and adoption of various tools and features by content creators
- Identify and understand customer needs: Analyze the customer’s goals and objectives and leverage your knowledge of key platform features to align these needs with available solutions
- Engage with a high volume of clients daily
- Manage and prioritize portfolios: Identify opportunities for growth and maintain regular follow-up with content creators over several months to foster long-term engagement
**Requirements**:
**What do you need to be successful at this job?**
- Native level of written and verbal communication skills in **Ukrainian**:
- Good computer skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit;
- _Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and/or online advertising/social media._
- High School Diploma
- EU passport/ID or a portuguese resident card
