At Capgemini Portugal, we are searching for a ServiceNow IT Operations Management to reinforce our teams.

If you have at least 4 year of experience working with ServiceNow, your place is with us

You will be joining our team and working close with our clients.

**What are we looking for?**
- Degree in Computer Science or similar;
- Experience at least 4 year in development with ServiceNow products;
- Serve as Technical Consultant for ITOM (CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, Cloud Management, Hardware Asset Management) implementations.
- Develop integrations to existing IT Operations Management tools using ServiceNow workflows, scripting, and web services/REST APIs as required.
- Utilize your operational experience, ServiceNow Sys Admin, and ServiceNow best practices.
- Experience in communicate and implement the ITIL CMDB Model.
- Experience in populating CMDB solutions and managing CMDB health metrics.
- Consulting experience as a key technical resource leading the development and delivery of ITOM solutions in client environments.
- Work in a dynamic environment using agile methodology to deliver client requests
- Certifications are a plus.
