**Kelly Services** is currently recruiting a **Talent Acquisition Manager** for a client located in Lisbon.

The role of the Manager - Talent Acquisition Service Delivery is to implement, optimise, direct, manage and continuously improve the delivery of Talent Acquisition (TA) Administration.

**Responsabilities**:

- Implementing, Testing and Stabilising TA Service Delivery;
- Building and leading an international team of TA and Service Delivery experts in our network of Delivery centres: recruiting, inducting and service testing our new TA team;
- Accountability for the build of payroll detailed processes (Local Work Instructions), technology and collateral (through Knowledge Transfer) to mobilise the TA service delivery team;
- Team Leadership, Motivation and Direction;
- Identify and address skill and capability gaps when required in the team, delivering appropriate development opportunities when needed. Ensure that when formal qualifications are required, these are achieved and maintained;
- Service Management, Reporting and Continuous Improvement;
- Lead the delivery of agreed TA services in a reliable, consistent and compliant manner, working with other service delivery team leads to balance resources against demand whenever needed;
- With colleagues across HR, drive the ongoing development and improvement of our knowledge bases to support colleague direct access to the information and systems that they need.

**Requirements**:

- Well-established and recent experience in TA Service Delivery Leadership, including a proven track record of leading and implementing continuous improvement initiatives with demonstrable outcomes in this area;
- An ability to pay close attention to detail will be critical to your success in this role;
- International delivery experience, with an appreciation and understanding of cultural differences between diverse cultures will be essential;
- Good written and spoken English is a minimum requirement for this role;
- Periodic travel to work with and support your teams in other delivery sites will be required;
- A proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese will be an advantage.
