Medical Affairs Digital Project Senior Associate
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
- The Medical Affairs Digital Project Senior Associate is responsible for medical digital projects coordination supporting local medical operations in the assigned medical areas, in accordance with local and global policies._
The key responsibilities in this role include:
- Core components_- Supports the creation of digital templates and the adaptation to tailored-made medical and scientific content, such as powerpoint presentations, infographics and medical newsletters- Works in CANVAS to support the development of Medical Newsletters and other medical to medical materials based on the medical content developed by all medical areas- Supports omnichannel medical content development and provides in depth analysis of digital metrics and KPIs, as well as identifies digital trends in the country and abroad- Provides support to the implementation of the new Pfizer Medical digital platform and coordinates the medical content migration process- Collaborates closely with the Medical Affairs Enablement Specialist (MAES), Medical Affairs Scientist (MAS) Colleagues and works cross functionally with the Medical Quality Governance Manager (MQGM), Local Health&Value (H&V), Digital Marketing, Commercial, Legal and Corporate Compliance
WHAT WE EXPECT
Must-Have:
- University Degree in health/life science areas or in business management with a special focus on digital or healthcare_- For University degrees (non-MD or non-PhD): between 1-3 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Industry or in relevant healthcare sector activities_- Scientific & medical communication skills_- Broad interest/expertise in pharmaceutical innovation_- Project management skills_- Innovation minded, particularly in the digital domain_- Omni/multi-channel knowledge_- Attention to details and process-oriented_- Ability to effectively balance multiple deadlines and projects and to effectively prioritize_- Business acumen_- Language Requirements: Fluent in Portuguese and English_
Nice-to-have:
- Digital channels management training or experience_- Budget management experience_
