**Descrição da Função**

As principais funções que o integrante da Service Management Team deve cumprir e observar no exercício da sua atividade, são:

- Monitorização e gestão de linha de suporte de desktop, de forma a garantir um nível de serviço de excelência ao cliente;
- Manter altos níveis de desempenho para os processos relacionados ao serviço e implementar atividades de melhoria sempre que necessário;
- Coordenar trabalhos com as partes envolvidas na resolução e estabelecer uma comunicação eficaz entre as partes interessadas para revisões pós-incidente;
- Garantir que os sistemas, procedimentos e metodologias estejam em vigor para apoiar a prestação de serviços de excelência;
- Atender às expectativas do cliente e impulsionar futuras oportunidades de negócio;
- Analisar processos internos, criar estratégias e novos processos para otimização da entrega de serviços;
- Recomendar métodos de melhoria e garantir que as ações sejam implementadas a tempo para atualizações de entrega de serviços de suporte;
- Fornecer relatórios precisos e regulares à gestão sobre o desempenho da prestação de serviços;
- Fornecer informação de pessoal à gestão, incluindo necessidades de recrutamento, avaliação de desempenho, formação e coaching;
- Construir relacionamentos fortes com as equipas e partes interessadas para permitir um diálogo eficaz entre as áreas funcionais;
- Assegurar a boa gestão de necessidades de stock interno de componentes essenciais à continuidade do negócio.

**Perfil Técnico**
- Formação Superior, ao nível de Licenciatura, nas vertentes adequadas;
- Experiência profissional relevante na área;
- Conhecimentos de Inglês (conversação e escrita);
- Forte capacidade de desenvolvimento de negócio;
- Capacidade de liderança e motivação de equipas;
- Facilidade de relacionamento interpessoal;
- Capacidade de organização e planeamento de trabalho;
- Iniciativa, criatividade, dinamismo e elevado sentido profissional;
- Boa capacidade comunicação, maturidade e postura ética;
- Disponibilidade para viagens / deslocações.

**Perfil Pessoal**
- Boa capacidade de análise de conteúdos, comunicação, negociação, autonomia, organização e gestão de tempo,
- Forte orientação para o cliente, trabalho em equipa e objetivos;
- Domínio da Língua Inglesa,
- Disponibilidade para deslocações em território nacional;
- Carta de condução;
