Customer Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Team Lead to join our Overseas team in Europe. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and experience in leading teams in a global environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure efficient process organization within the defined area
- Implement all compliance guidelines and ensure adherence to legal requirements
- Monitor key figures and prepare monthly reports for the Manager CS EMEA/Asia and management team
- Govern processes and harmonize working methods within the customer service organization
Requirements:
- Completed degree in industrial engineering or business administration
- 5-10 years business-related experience from customer services
- Experience in "order to cash" management and service processes
- In-depth knowledge of SAP SD, BW, and Salesforce
- Fluent written and spoken English skills
- 2nd foreign language an advantage
