About the Role:
The Order to Cash Team Leader will be responsible for managing a team that handles customer orders and complaints for the Dutch market. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to motivate and lead a team, and have a strong understanding of business processes and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Order to Cash team for the Dutch market
- Ensure processes are in place, followed, and up-to-date
- Communicate efficiently with business partners and customers
- Follow team results and KPIs

Requirements:
- University Degree or minimum Secondary High School completion
- Fluent in Dutch (native or C2 level) and English (B1)
- SAP and Office knowledge
- Experience managing teams
- Good and persuasive communicator
