At Michael Page, we are seeking a skilled Customer Service Manager to support the consolidation of our French speaking team and its respective clients. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a professional looking to grow within the Outsourcing sector.
About the RoleWe are a leading global recruitment agency working with top clients across various industries. Our Client is a multinational company operating in the Outsourcing sector, known for their innovative approach and commitment to excellence.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of customer service professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional client satisfaction. A key aspect of this role is to foster strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
RequirementsTo be successful in this position, you will need:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the Outsourcing sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Additionally, you should have a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices, as well as the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
What We OfferIn return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary range between €50,000 - €65,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience.
