Customer Insights Manager

At Match Digital, we're seeking an exceptional Customer Insights Manager to drive customer understanding and inform business decisions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of customer needs and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop insights through research and analysis to inform product development and customer experience improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop research briefs and lead research projects.
  • Apply customer insights to improve customer experience across digital and physical touchpoints.

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer insights roles within a consumer organisation.
  • Advanced knowledge of research methodologies and experience planning, briefing, and analysing research projects.
  • Proven ability to introduce best practices in CX insights into a developing CX function.
