Requirements:
- A proven track record of success in a leadership or management role, preferably in the CRM industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and interpretation.
- Fluency in English (C1 level) and proficiency in French (B2 level).
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
