Tasks

Deine Aufgaben und dein Einfluss im Account Management werden sein:

- Unterstützung von Kunden durch Beantwortung von Fragen zu Produkten und Dienstleistungen per Telefon und E-Mail
- Bereitstellung von Lösungen für auftretende Probleme
- Optimieren der technischen Geräte/Werkzeuge des Kunden
- Identifizierung von Up
- und Cross-Selling-Möglichkeiten für bestehende Kunden
- Direkte Kommunikation mit der Managementebene
- Gewinnen von Marktkenntnissen und Weitergabe von Informationen über die Wettbewerbsvorteile von Microsofts
- Unterstütze neue und ehemalige Kunden bei kontobezogenen Problemen und Fragen.

- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse

- Du bist motiviert, zuverlässig und engagiert in deiner Arbeit

- Vertragsart: ein langfristiger befristeter Vertrag, der jedes Jahr verlängert werden kann
- Arbeitszeiten: Vollzeit
- oder Teilzeitoptionen in Wechselschichten (Mo.Fr., 7.30 - 17.00 Uhr)
- Gehaltsbedingungen (\*) - 2 Optionen:
1. Inklusive freier Unterkunft (Wohngemeinschaft, alle Rechnungen inklusive): 1.100€ brutto/Monat (je nach Erfahrungsstufe)

**2. Ohne Unterkunft**: 1.470€ brutto/Monat (je nach Erfahrungsstufe)Für internationale Kandidaten:

- Rückerstattung der anfänglichen Flugkosten nach 9 Monaten
- Abholung vom Flughafen
- Jährliches Hin
- und Rückflugticket in dein Heimatland (innerhalb der EU)
- Hilfe bei Formalitäten, Eröffnung eines Bankkontos, etc. bei deiner Ankunft
- Private Krankenversicherung ab dem ersten Tag der Vertragsunterzeichnung inklusive
- Kostenloser Portugiesisch-Unterricht, Kochkurse, sportliche Aktivitäten und soziale Veranstaltungen, die vom Unternehmen organisiert werden
- Echte Karrieremöglichkeiten in verschiedenen Laufbahnen
- (\*) Vergütung während des Praktikums bei Erfolg (von 1 bis 4 Wochen): 50% deines Stundenlohns (niedrigere Steuern)
