**Principais Responsabilidades**:

- Assegurar a implementação e promover a correta execução dos procedimentos e standards de excelência e qualidade (serviço, manutenção, equipamentos);
- Garantir que o restaurante está preparado a nível de produto, equipa e limpeza;
- Promover a relação com o cliente, gestão de expetativas e as suas necessidades;
- Gerir reclamações;
- Acompanhar a formação inicial e contínua dos colaboradores;
- Assegurar o cumprimento das normas de HACCP;
- Realizar inventário semanais e mensais e planear as encomendas;
**Requisitos**:

- Bons conhecimentos de Inglês -Nível mínimo B1 ao nível da oralidade;
- Forte orientação para o cliente;
- Ser um team player: disponível, flexível e dedicado;
- Documento de identificação (Cartão de Cidadão ou Título de Residência), Nº de Identificação Fiscal e Nº de Segurança Social;
