**Job Description**:
You will be able to develop and execute the annual market development plan for Visa portfolio and contribute to the market strategy development

Proactively identifying and executing business development opportunities

Assist in launching new products or expanding the penetration of existing products within current and new accounts

You will develop collaborative relationships with multiple partners and key clients, and work with them to identify new opportunities that help grow their business

You will drive negotiation with Clients including at senior levels of the organization

You will be commercially focused, comfortably able to navigate negotiations and you will be able to articulate the value of business propositions, customers business model, key cost drivers and growth paths

You will be providing a client perspective on new business proposals, solutions products and processes, working with the wider Visa organization to ensure client market needs are being met

Expected to be proactive in gathering information & data from different sources e.g. market research, public information, client reports and internal tools, as well as full understanding of the Clients Visa Key drivers

Does not have line management responsibility but may be expected to provide guidance and support to less experienced colleagues.
- This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs._

**Qualifications**:

- Resilient and focused on professional development
- Commercial understanding of Client value drivers, the ability to identify opportunities and propose solutions
- Politically astute with the presence and credibility to build senior client and internal stakeholder relationships, and influence across highly-matrixed organizational structures
- A passion for Fintech, and in particular payments
- Previous sales experience preferably in a complex matrix environment
- Knowledge and experience of the payments business and or financial services
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at various levels within own Client business
- MI Strong analytical capabilities are a plus
- Strong English written and spoken skills
- Portuguese language native or very fluent
- High standards of ethics and integrity towards employees, stakeholders and customers.
