** The Profile**
- German is your first language, and you are fluent in English
- You have some experience in customer service
- You love helping people
- You are interested in technology
- You are a problem-solving person
- You have a positive, motivated mindset and excellent communication skills
- You are available to work from Monday to Friday from 08.00h to 17.00h
**Your responsibilities**
- Support with software installation
- Process customer inquiries
- Solve customer concerns
- Help customers with inquiries about licenses

- Fixed-term, renewable employment contract with an initial duration of 12 months and later extension for 12 months
