**Location**: Lisbon, Westmon Lda, company specialized in wealth management supervision, reporting & consolidation

Westmon Lda is a company specialized in consolidation and analysis of financial assets and is actively seeking for an ”Office Coordinator” who will be responsible of administrative tasks related to the entity in Lisbon. The person taking over this role will work closely with the Office Manager based in Lisbon and the HR Manager based in Geneva (HQ Office). As a young and dynamic team in full expansion, we are looking forward to identifying new talent that can add value to our organisation.

**What to expect from this job?**

**Office Management**
- Act as a direct contact for the accountant/lawyer/external suppliers
- Invoice management and payment
- Overview the office expenses and overall budget
- Check and order office supplies
- Organize team events
- Support the Office Manager regarding the day-to-day activities
- Help with various HR related tasks in the employee lifecycle (prepare the welcome package for new joiners, employee arrivals & departures etc.)

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in “Business administration” or relevant field
- 2 - 4 years of experience in a SME or in the financial sector
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
- Strong communication skills, organized with a sense of anticipation
- Problem solving oriented and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work both in a team and individually with mínimal supervision
- Experience with MS Office software (confirmed Excel user)
