Procuramos um/a **Office Coordinator **para reforçar a nossa equipa de Center Operations. Enquanto **Office Coordinator** serás responsável por coordenar a operação diária dos Centros que te serão atribuídos e garantir a satisfação dos clientes, criando com eles verdadeiras relações de parceria e proximidade.

**Serás responsável por**:

- Supervisionar a operação diária dos Centros, fazendo a ponte com as outras equipas da Maleo;
- Coordenar a equipa de Office Assistant, dos Centros pelos quais és responsável;
- Apoiar e formar _on the job_ os elementos da tua equipa, analisar a sua performance, distribuir tarefas, horários e gerir ausências;
- Garantir que todas as atividades estão a ser realizadas de acordo com os processos e procedimentos em vigor;
- Acompanhar os eventos dos Centros que coordenas;
- Ser o canal privilegiado de comunicação com os clientes, de forma a gerir e acompanhar todas as suas solicitações;
- Assegurar o processo de _onboarding _e _offboarding_ de clientes Maleo.
- Monitorizar todas as tarefas de fecho do mês;
**O que esperamos de ti**:

- Ensino Secundário ou Licenciatura em Marketing, Gestão, Gestão Hoteleira, Relações Públicas e/ou áreas similares;
- Experiência mínima de 2 anos em hotelaria ou áreas similares (requisito preferencial)
- Experiência em gestão de equipas (fator preferencial);
- Atitude positiva, simpática e disponível;
- Forte capacidade de organização, de resolução de problemas e orientação para o cliente;
- Capacidade de iniciativa e autonomia;
- Boa comunicação escrita e oral;
- Domínio de ferramentas do _office_ (Word, PowerPoint, Excel);
- Domínio da língua inglesa (requisito obrigatório).
