Evolution is expanding to Portugal and we are searching for a Talent Acquisition Partner, focused on Talent Attraction. He/she will own all advertising efforts in collaboration with Employer Branding function as well as ensure Evolution presence on ‘all’ the right platforms and as well as relevant Talent Attraction activities are executed timely.

Present in over 20 locations, our 10 000 strong employees comprise of specialists in the areas of spanning from product innovation, software development, IT-support, properties & studio build, to online casino game broadcasting and presenting, as well as a wide variety of business support functions.

**Job Description**:
**Summary of the Position**:
The Officer Coordinator will be part of the Office Operations Management and will report to the Office Manager. The primary responsibility of the Office Coordinator is to provide office support services to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within Evolution office. He/she will collaborate effectively across teams, coordinating with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies

**Main **Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily work at Evolution reception
- Perform receptionist duties when needed e.g.: welcome visitors, answering phones
- Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring the logbook, biometric (fingerprint) system and issuing visitor badges
- Maintaining a safe and clean environment by complying with internal procedures, rules, and regulations
- Coordinate and maintain administrative records such as staff parking, parking for guests and subcontractors.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed e.g.: schedule and plan meetings
- Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
- Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
- Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
- Managing wiki page & EvoSpace for related responsibilities.
- Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues
- Any other duties as required

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience working as an Office Coordinator is required
- Secondary (higher, vocational etc.) education
- High sense of responsibility, accuracy, and attention to details
- Ability to accurately fulfil direct management orders and work tasks
- Effective multitasking and time management skills
- Collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
