**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver exceptional guest service, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
- Efficiently manage check-in/check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Possess a deep understanding of the hotel's facilities and services to provide informed recommendations.
- Operate the switchboard and ensure prompt handling of all guest calls.
- Maintain a welcoming and well-organized reception area.
- Uphold the Radisson Blu brand standards and The iNUA Collection's commitment to excellence.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues across all departments.

**Who We Are Looking For**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar front-office receptionist role.
- A "can-do" attitude with a genuine passion for exceeding guest expectations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Opera hotel management system is a distinct advantage.
