- Depending on locationJoin our global TUI Musement Sales & Marketing team as a Pricing Analyst and support the development of the brand-new Pricing department.

**ABOUT THE JOB**- Define and create tracking models to measure pricing initiatives-
- Define new metrics and coordinate reporting and data requirements in collaboration with Revenue Management Team and Finance business partner-
- Track and analyse pricing results and suggest actions to enhance profitability-
- Focus on pricing planning and analyse price change requests from the sales teams by evaluating margin impact, potential incremental profitability and define sales targets-
- Play a central role by taking care of the consolidation and allocation of pricing inputs during planning processes-
- Propose and explore key KPIs, challenging & supporting both central and local teams with our high quality, data-driven analytical insights in the pricing related topics**ABOUT YOU**- A university degree in engineering, economics, business administration, mathematics, statistics or similar disciplines (preferred)-
- Fluent English language, both verbal and written. Any additional language advantageous-
- Ability to analyse complex data on commercial performance; identify opportunities and threats and propose practical solutions-
- You have a methodical, organised approach towards the execution of assigned tasks-
- Have previous experience in pricing and yielding management, product development or revenue management-
- Proficiency in PowerBI and ability to use MS Office tools such as Excel & Power Point-
- Exceptional ability to work with multinational colleagues and gain buy-in from a range of stakeholders-
