Oncology Health Representative (NORTH) - 12 months secondment (internal) / temporary contract (external)

Role
- The Oncology Health Representative (OHR) is directly responsible for presenting and optimizing the business opportunities of specific brands in hospital accounts;
- The OHR is accountable for helping develop the results of key launches and key growth products in selected territories, while managing key relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals in hospitals.
- The OHR will be required to demonstrate distinction in developing and executing specific action plans (PoA) that lead to achievement of sales excellence/customer engagement;
- Coordination and integration with Pfizer marketing and medical teams on strategies are required to ensure effective pull through strategies as well as to effectively drive acceptance of promoted product(s) within a designated business area and geography.
- This rolel will report to the Oncology Healthcare Engagement Lead (HEL)

How You Will Contribute
- Meet & exceed territory sales objectives, business objectives and manage territory budget (DMEs)
- Develop & manage Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) and cascade influence throughout territory
- Deploy information to support the customer understanding, acceptance and utilization of key promoted brands through compliant delivery of approved messaging
- Leverage strong selling & influencing skills to engage customers in product discussions
- Display proficiency handling objections and reframing product discussions
- Implement marketing strategies, tactics and deliver key messages to drive uptake
- Personal accountability to organize and drive educational presentations in key customers to increase awareness, education and drive adoption of the portfolio.
- Establish key relationships with assigned customer accounts to achieve business goals
- Leverage scientific information.
- Comply with all Pfizer policies, procedures and code of business conduct.

- Perform the role in a compliant manner consistent with all Company policies, practices and procedures.
- Computer literate: Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint, Word

What We Expect
- Minimum 3 years of sales/business experience in healthcare/pharmaceutical industry. Experience in oncology preferred
- Strong Communication skills. Proficient in Portuguese, Bilingual (English) preferred.
- Collaboration with cross functional partners such as marketing team, GCO & medical to identify and develop business opportunities.
- Demonstrated team player/dedicated to building a team culture that values’, recognizes and generates high performance, supports innovation and challenges the status quo.
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
- Demonstrate analytical and strategic thinking to identify opportunities.
