HOW WE IMPACT PATIENTS

The Healthcare Engagement Lead (HEL) is responsible for setting up and managing industry leading Oncology function for sales excellence/customer engagement for key launches and key growth products. This role will report to the Oncology Lead. The Healthcare Engagement team cooperates closely with the Oncology Lead and Country Brand Leads (CBL) to optimize our launch capability and to bring customer-centric insight driven world class experience for our customers and patients.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

The Healthcare Engagement Lead (HEL) is focused on prioritizing, managing, and developing Healthcare Engagement team resources to ensure continuous improvement in customer experience.

The Healthcare Engagement Lead (HEL) is in front line to understand local market pharmaceutical business environment changes and impacts for our business, collect insights and work in close collaboration with the Health Representatives. The Oncology Health Representatives will report into the HEL.

The key responsibilities in this role are:
CORE COMPONENTS- Responsible for setting up an industry leading sales excellence function, that drives key launches and key growth products performance across Pfizer.- High capability to prioritize, measure and improve operations based on customer insight.- Mastering product life cycle management and launch excellence.- Possessing senior level understanding of Portugal business environment, pharmaceutical sales, marketing, and customers.- To work with Oncology Lead and CBLs and other commercial roles to develop holistic omni-channel strategy for our key assets.- Manage the Oncology Health Representatives team

WHAT WE EXPECT- Pharma Industry: 5+ years pharmaceutical experience. Understands trends in health care and pharmaceuticals, customer and stakeholder landscape, competitive dynamics, and sources of business in Portugal.- Ability to set up complex structures and manage conflicting priorities.- Secondary care sales experience with a high knowledge of account management preferred.- Strong connection and respect to/from Cross Functional Teams required.- One Pfizer mindset, excellence in change agility and strategic thinker.- Be an active contributor to create and operate in an environment that continuously embraces and encourages the implementation of innovative ideas and fosters a culture of collaboration and teamwork- Ability to influence without authority.- Master in agile resource management.- Excellent managerial skills and strong talent development record of accomplishment.- Strong skills in communication and prioritization- Fluency in written and spoken Portuguese and English- Leadership experience from multiple Therapy Areas- Experience of leading one Pfizer resources
