Role Description- Providing change and communication leadership for Kantar Business Services (KBS).- Leading Ada programme/KBS change and comms team to efficiently land the change approach across all workstreams, including People & Org workstream, as well as Finance towers and countries.- Collaborating with wider change, comms, engagement and training community.- Engaging with key change and communications stakeholders.- Crafting core collateral and toolkits to support KBS and Ada team comms, change and engagement, and establish crucial communications platforms (SharePoint, Teams, Yammer, Stream).- Co-chair the Comms & Business Engagement Board, especially where key decisions and actions are needed.- Supporting delivery of stakeholder comms and change activity as per Ada and KBS programme/workstream plans.- Driving comms in line with the programme lifecycle and aligned to each phase and wave of Ada and supporting local country teams.- Coordinate the implementation of the KBS change/Ada programme approach and related change playbook, toolkits and programme communications strategy including people and organisation changes across multiple countries.- Be a key contributor to Country Pod meetings, to lead/guide local change and comms activities.- Work closely with the Country Pods, Change and Training Teams and with Internal Communications Team; ensuring that the communication and training plans are aligned and, where possible, coordinated.
Role Requirements- Degree in Management/Accounting/Business Administration or equivalent.- Experience with change management processes and approaches.- Experience working within a GBS environment is a plus.- Shown ability to craft and efficiently implement policies and procedures.- Proficient English speaker, accurately able to read and write English and to communicate efficiently.
