**Deine Mission**:

- ** Du liebst Kommunikation **und betreust eine feste Anzahl unserer Bestandskunden **in allen produktspezifischen und organisatorischen Fragen**
- Du nimmst deine Kunden an** die „virtuelle“ Hand und begleitest diese durch unsere SaaS Anwendung**
- ** Du sammelst und dokumentierst Informationen in unserem CRM, **verdichtest diese inhaltlich zu Entscheidungsvorlagen** **und bringst diese in unsere Produktentwicklung mit ein
- Du bist die** kommunikative Schnittstelle** zwischen deinen Kunden und **unterschiedlichen Bereichen**, **der/dem alle vertrauen** und mit **der/dem jeder auch gerne und ausführlich spricht**
- ** Du pflegst aktuelle **und entwickelst neue Kundenbeziehungen **und empfiehlst proaktiv Möglichkeiten, wie unsere Services noch besser von deinen Kunden genutzt werden können

**Job requirements**:
**Das bringst du mit**:

- Du verfügst über einen **ein** **erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium und eine mindestens **dreijährige Erfahrung** in einer vergleichbaren Position oder in einem **Agenturumfeld**
- ** Hervorragende **Deutschkenntnisse** in Wort und Schrift und **verhandlungssicheres** Englisch** zeichnen dich aus
- ** Du verfügst über ein gutes Verständnis wie SAAS Lösungen funktionieren und verstehst es, dies Kunden zu erklären**
- ** Du magst Excel **und bringst eventuell Kenntnisse der **G-Suite und Jira/Confluence oder anderer Projektmanagementsoftware **mit
- Nicht der wichtigste Punkt, aber ein **dickes Plus**: Du hast schon einmal mit **Amazon/Google Ads** gearbeitet oder weißt wie **Amazon Werbekampagnen** funktionieren
- Du bist ein **Organisationstalent**, hast einen **systematischen Arbeitsstil** und ein gutes **Zeitmanagement**
