Because we aspire to do more and better, we are looking for a **Portfolio Management Specialist** to integrate our internal team, based in Lisbon.

**Your responsabilities include**:

- Ability to understand and "think" Claranet Portugal's portfolio as a whole, enhancing cross-selling and up-selling;
- Contribute to the existence of a unique vision (regularly updated) and focused on customers in Claranet Portugal's portfolio;
- Gather market, customer, partner, competitor and technology information in order to formulate your vision for "your" products and services;
- Work with Operations, Sales, BUs/Practices, Pre-sales, Marketing and Group teams to produce high quality product/service specifications;
- Define priorities on the activities to be developed, designing and being responsible for the roadmap of evolution of part of Claranet Portugal's offer;
- Continuously improve the product/service experience perceived by our customers;
- Manage and monitor the delivery of the internal backlog of requests for new products/services and new features for the products/services developed by Claranet;
- Supporting the business teams, namely Pre-Sales and Sales, in responding to requests for proposals (or other needs) from customers;
- Participation in the definition and implementation of Go-to-Market strategies;
- Define and monitor KPI's of Products / Services ensuring that they are aligned with the business strategy of the company.

**You must have**:

- Previous experience of 5+ years working as Product Manager, IT Pre-Sales, Technical Account Manager, Tech Lead or Service Manager;
- Business and customer oriented;
- Excellent understanding of business processes and product/service metrics;
- Time management and multi-project management skills;
- High skills in decision making and prioritization of tasks;
- Good technical understanding of how a technology product/service is developed and delivered;
- Passion for technology, customers and business value;
- Fluency in English is essential.
