**Conseiller en réservations aériennes francophone**:
Tu seras chargé de fournir un service client amical et professionnel dans ta langue maternelle.

Cette compagnie aérienne a changé la façon dont les gens voyagent. Ils ont commencé il y a 25 ans, ils opèrent des services réguliers nationaux et internationaux sur plus de 1000 routes dans plus de 30 pays.

**Ton profil**:

- Tu maîtrises le français et tu parles couramment l'anglais.
- Tu as d'excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et de communication.
- Tu es capable de travailler en équipes tournantes
- Tu es résident de l'Union européenne ou tu as un permis de travail valide.
- Une expérience des outils GDS est souhaitable, mais pas obligatoire.

**Tes responsabilités**:

- Aider et soutenir les clients en ce qui concerne les demandes de renseignements, les réservations, les doutes, les surclassements et les reprogrammations par le biais d'appels téléphoniques, de chats et de courriels.
- Gérer les réservations des clients
- Conserver les dossiers des interactions ou des transactions avec les clients, en enregistrant les détails des demandes, des plaintes ou des commentaires, ainsi que les mesures prises.
