**The Role**:
Rydoo is looking for a **Field Marketing Manager** to join our Marketing Team. You will work closely with a cross-functional team to develop and execute marketing strategies, campaigns, and events that bring revenue for Rydoo.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop localized field marketing plans, utilizing all elements of the marketing mix directed towards meeting the goals and priorities of each sales region.
- Create and execute the go-to-market strategy for the DACH sales region.
- Localize the marketing and sales assets for the DACH market in German.
- Collaborate with the sales teams to create and drive leads, MQLs, SQLs, pipeline and revenue in the different markets. Be a partner to sales teams and leaders. Participate in sales team meetings and joint planning sessions to ensure alignment.
- Meet or exceed our annual plan to grow demand for the sales regions.
- Plan and host online and offline events to create net-new sales opportunities, accelerate existing sales opportunities, and deepen our existing customer relationships.
- Manage account-based marketing activities, in partnership with sales, including: identifying key target accounts, developing strategy, and executing campaigns with the support of cross-functional teams.
- Support various other marketing projects and assist the regional sales teams as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with the Marketing and Sales teams and various stakeholders in order to ensure that our events and programs are successful and that all prospects and clients are receiving on-brand, best-in-industry experiences.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant B2B marketing experience, including event planning and sales partnership, preferably in an entrepreneurial setting.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in the DACH Market.
- Comfortable and flexible in a fast changing environment with a “quick start” mentality and high production output, with the ability to work independently and proactively to resolve issues, take ownership for tools and processes, with mínimal supervision.
- Comfortable with working with multiple stakeholders from cross functional teams.
- Hands-on experience running multiple initiatives, campaigns and deliverables simultaneously.
- You are focused on delivering tangible results with a business impact.
- Working proficiency in English (B2+)
- Excellent proficiency in German (C2+)
