TRANSITION.- #OGJS**Responsibilities.**- Execute the contingent workforce program and Processes, including vendors management via the implementation of a VMS system
Manage the contingent workforce team including the day-to-day management and compliance working collaboratively with cross-functional partners (Legal, Procurement, Finance, HR, IT Data Analytics).
Ensure your team is executing the appropriate administration tasks of the contingent workforce
Responsible for drafting local agreements ensuring all contracts are executed in a timely manner
Develop strong relationships with cross-functional partners and across business entities both in person and remote environments to understand business needs and ensure optimum vendor service delivery and satisfaction.
Coordinate collection, compilation, and reporting of data within our HRIS / VMS
Recommend process improvements that contribute to efficient data collection and interpretation.
Leverage industry benchmarks to influence and drives operational improvements.
Lead cross-functional efforts with external and internal partners to improve the vendor management systems (Fieldglass) functionality/usability, integrations, and data integrity.
Enable governance to guidelines, policies, processes, and legal compliance.
Assist in the coordination and oversight of onboarding procedures and roster management of the contingent worker, inclusive of background checks and other contractual/compliance requirements.
**Job Requirements.**- Master's Degree or equivalent work experience
7+ years of contingent workforce experience preferred
3+ years of talent acquisition
Proven track record of leading high-performing teams
Development and understanding of Contingent Workforce Policies
Experience with Vendor Management Systems (VMS)
Proven organizational and planning skills with high attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands
Ability to work proactively to anticipate issues and develop/improve processes
Ability to work in a matrix environment with a high sense of urgency
Ability to communicate confidently with superiors and peers
Excellent written communication skills
Experience managing vendor relationships and SLA’s
