Service Delivery Manager and Change Manager (M/F) - Lisboa
- Licenciatura em Engenharia Informática ou área similar;
- Experiência mínima de 2 anos em funções similares;
- Experiência na identificação e acompanhamento de riscos;
- Experiência na supervisão, controlo e implementação de aplicações.
- Experiência em desenvolver planos de gestão de mudança para projetos e/ou iniciativas de mudança, avaliar o impacto da mudança organizacional planejada, identificar riscos e desenvolver táticas de mitigação de riscos, identificar e gerir a resistência antecipada à mudança.
- Experiência em melhorar os processos operacionais e dar suporte às estratégias críticas de negócios gerenciando o desenvolvimento, implementação e manutenção de sistemas aplicativos.
- Experiência em monitorizar e supervisionar as mudanças nos processos e sistemas de negócios, tecnologia, funções de trabalho e estruturas dentro da organização e desempenhar um papel crucial para garantir que todos os principais interessados;
- Conhecimentos de francês são valorizados;
- Inglês fluente.
