**Interviews** (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. **Job description**:
Find your place at **Amaris Consulting** as **Service delivery manager** for one of our main partners, for a **hybrid position** based **in Lisbon.**

*** WHAT WILL YOU DO? ***
- **Support the Business & Data Global Products Department** in managing its Quality of Service and ensuring compliance with processes.
- **Utilize Operations Process and Service Now Tooling** for Incident, Change, Problem, Request, and IT Asset Management.
- **Conduct transversal Quality of Service** monitoring for the Department, **including KPIs, reports, analyses, improvement plans, governance, and arbitration.**:
- **Coordinate and implement** process and **Service Improvement Plans**.
**✍️** WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? **✍️**
- **At least 5 years’ experience** in the field.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- **Expertise in Service Management** or similar supporting Incident, Change, Problem, Request, and Asset Management.
- **ITIL Foundation Certification** (v4 preferred, v3 accepted).
- **Proficiency in ITSM Tooling **on Incident, Change, Problem, Request, and Asset Management (**Service Now preferred**).
- Proficiency in** English**
