**Operations Specialist**

**Missão**

Apoiar as operações de logística da Marinha, através da gestão dos parques de armazenagem, transportes marítimos e terrestres e das barcaças de apoio ao negócio das bancas, de forma a garantir operacionalmente a entrega de todas as encomendas requeridas pela área comercial, maximizando o cumprimento dos níveis de serviço e objetivos de negócio por forma a potenciar o desenvolvimento sustentável e a máxima satisfação dos Clientes.

**Atividades**
- Ligação contínua com as 2 áreas comerciais da Marinha, de forma a que estes obtenham respostas rápidas e fiáveis, quanto a disponibilidade de meio e produto, acompanhando as solicitações do mercado, no processo de negociação;
- Efetuar a programação de entrega de produtos requeridas pelas áreas comerciais;
- Assegurar a gestão operacional dos Parques de Armazenagem de produtos para bancas marítimas, garantindo as interfaces e os contactos operacionais com os operadores dos parques;
- Otimizar a gestão operacional das barcaças tendo em vista o seu aumento de eficiência, redução de custos e melhoria das condições de segurança;
- Participar na gestão dos contratos de fornecimento de serviços de afretamento de barcaças e de operação das barcaças propriedade da Galp;
- Otimizar a gestão operacional da frota de veículos cisterna subcontratada tendo em vista o seu aumento de eficiência, redução de custos e melhoria das condições de segurança;
- Acompanhar os planos de fabrico da Refinação, no sentido de garantir a disponibilidade de produto requerido pelas áreas comerciais nos diversos locais de entrega, articulando a movimentação de produtos inter-instalações com a capacidade operacional das barcaças;
- Participar em projetos de novas infraestruturas logísticas no mercado ibérico, no âmbito do negócio da Marinha;
- Qualidade e fiabilidade.

**Pretendemos**
- Licenciatura em área relacionada com a atividade marítima ou experiência comprovada na área de logística e operações marítimas de combustíveis;
- Comunicação assertiva;
- Capacidade de trabalho sob pressão;
- Orientação para o Cliente;
- Conhecimento em Técnicas Aduaneiras;
- Conhecimentos logísticos do Transporte Marítimo;
- Conhecimento de SAP;
- Conhecimento de OAS;
- Fluência em inglês e espanhol.
