Our client is a prominent organization specializing in Real Estate and Asset Management. As part of its ongoing structural and business expansion, the company is actively seeking to onboard an Office Manager/Executive Assistant. We are in search of a proactive and dynamic professional with strong critical thinking skills, who can operate independently in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**
- To be the Front Desk/ reception of our Lisbon office
- Answering calls on the office landline and managing post correspondence
- Managing the companies F&B and Stationary purchases and stocks
- Organizing and booking meetings
- Booking flights and hotels on behalf of senior executives
- Helping hosting clients and other external visitors to our office including preparing meeting rooms, beverages, finger food lunches etc
- Supervising that office protocols are met by everyone, including cleanliness, organization etc
- Helping to organize company events (ex: as dinner parties, offsites, etc)
- Helping in KYC - Know Your Customer processes
- Helping the finance department registering and organizing invoices
- Providing help in the execution of powerpoint presentations - a plus

**Profile**:

- Minimum 3 year professional experience with similar responsibilities;
- Fluency in the English language (spoken and written);
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office tools;
- Responsible, autonomous, organized and communicative profile.
