**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role for a French Speaker - Customer Success for a music stream platform.
The Customer Success representative will manage customer inquiries and provide solutions that best fit the customer's needs.
**Qualifications**
- Fluent in French and English (verbal and written)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- **Customer service experience: 1-year minimum of experience in Chat or Similar position (MANDATORY)**:
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Passion for music and knowledge of the music streaming industry
- High School Diploma
- **Have EU ID / Passport OR Portuguese Residency Card (MANDATORY)**
