We are looking for an energetic, true dynamic Sales Representative for one of our brokerage brands. This person must possess a can do attitude, who can effectively balance their client needs with internal resources to drive high customer retention and satisfaction year after year.

If you are ready to roll up your sleeves and dig in, we want to talk with you.

**Tasks in the role**:

- сonducting training sessions with existing clients;
- keeping up-to-date with all the new products offers to its clients;
- offer VIP service to our clients and consulting clients on trading questions;
- be flexible, creative, and positive while helping clients online;
- building trust between the client and the company;
- assisting clients with procedures of deposit and withdrawal.

**Our requirements**:

- excellent communication and presentation skills;
- advanced Knowledge of English and Portuguese language (Brazilian accent preferred);
- excellent computer literacy;
- positive, upbeat attitude;
- high attention to detail;
- patience and adaptability;
- background in Sales and/or customer service considered an advantage.
