**Are you ready to be part of the change and help us make real what matters?**

**What role will you play?**
- Building, testing and maintaining standard and custom reports in Workday;
- Supporting the HR Reporting team in optimizing and further developing interfaces between different data sources;
- Documenting and maintaining the knowledge base around Workday based reporting;
- Liaising with the global HR Reporting Service Line to identify gaps or future needs;
- Collaboration with other customers to provide knowledge and respond to inquiries;
- Documentation of activities according to the compliance framework.

**We are looking for**:

- HR background would be an advantage;
- Experience with Workday is a plus;
- IT knowledge (e.g. programming or writing macros) would be an advantage;
- Language: Fluency in English, written and spoken - mandatory;
- Advanced experience with MS Office (especially Excel);
- Team spirit, customer focus, results & quality orientation;
- Reliability, self-organization, autonomy;
- Logical / analytical thinking skills to identify root-causes based on system data;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent change;
- Passion to bring value add to customers and provide excellent service;
- Interested in new tools and love to get involved.
