As an HR Trainee: Contract Management & Mailing Support, you will support your team with administrative tasks related to the onboarding of new hires in our Germany locations. You will be responsible for handling contract management-related tasks while ensuring the quality and accuracy of data.

In your new role, you will:

- Have a significant impact on **driving our organization forward **by ensuring **smooth onboarding for new hires **and **handling important tasks **(e.g. printing and sending employment contract documents);
- Provide support to the team in **handling pre
- and onboarding requests **across all European locations;
- Ensure **seamless communication with stakeholders **, such as Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners across all European sites;
- Perform **data maintenance tasks **and **data **quality checks **;
- Maintain **accurate and up-to-date data on new hires **.

You are a responsible and accurate team player, with great communication skills. You are a fast learner, who excels in international environments and are always ready for new challenges.

You are best equipped for this role if you:

- Have a degree in **Humanities or Social Sciences, Business Administration **, or have completed vocational training in **Office Management **;
- Possess **excellent communication skills **and can easily **convey information to colleagues and stakeholders **;
- Demonstrate a **high level of responsibility **and **willingness to take on new challenges **;
- Can **learn quickly **and **adapt easily **to new situations and tasks;
- Thrive in an **international team environmen **t;
- Have a **good command of **English **(written and spoken). Knowledge of German would be a plus.
