Os desafios da comunicação são cada vez mais exigentes e por isso esta nossa área está a crescer. Procuramos assim um **Communication Assistant**, que reportará ao **Communication Coordinator**, integrando a nossa Direção de Marketing.

**A missão desta função?**

Assegurar a operacionalização e implementação das ações e atividades definidas no plano de Comunicação Instore, contribuindo para o atingimento dos objetivos estipulados, satisfação do cliente, competitividade e sustentabilidade do negócio.

**Quais as responsabilidades do Communication Assistant na hôma?**
- Garantir a implementação, concretização e controlo das ações desenvolvidas no âmbito da Comunicação Instore;
- Assegurar a produção dos materiais necessários para as ações a desenvolver ao solicitar orçamentos aos fornecedores, obter aprovação interna e efetuar o devido acompanhamento;
- Garantir a correta implementação dos materiais em loja de acordo com o plano definido, efetuando auditorias às ações e elaboração de respetivo relatório tendo em vista a melhoria contínua das ações desenvolvidas;
- Gerir as remodelações de lojas, efetuando o levantamento das necessidades e o respetivo guião;
- Garantir a implementação das ações em meios não digitais (rádio, revistas, outdoors, etc.);
- Gerir os consumíveis das lojas ao nível da comunicação de preço e do merchandising, em coordenação com a área das Operações;
- Definir e atualizar o manual de comunicação dos preços em loja, em coordenação com a equipa de Visual Merchandising;
- Prestar suporte à área de Marketing no tratamento das faturas da área.

**O que procuramos em ti?**
- Experiência profissional de pelo menos 1 ano, preferencialmente na área do retalho;
- Formação académica na área da Comunicação ou similar (preferencial);
- Conhecimentos avançados de Microsoft Excel;
- Inglês fluente.
