- Today Terrapinn is looking for a German Speaker Business Development Manager UK based to act with sponsorship and Exhibition sales on Terrapinn's events, mainly on SeamLess;

**Purpose**:

- To generate sponsorship and exhibition sales on terrapinn’s events;
- To uphold terrapinn’s methodology and values.

**KPI's**:

- To sell greater than £600,000 at target per annum.
- To sell a minimum of £300,000 per annum.
- To deliver re-books at > 80%.
- To produce a minimum of five proposals a week.
- To produce a minimum of one contract per week.
- To have a minimum of five placed engagements per day.
- Minimum of one post per day on linkedin.

**The Role**:

- Research and find prospects - lead generation.
- Have consultative/spin-based engagements with prospects.
- Create intelligent, needs-based proposals for prospects.
- Close and administer spexers.
- With the team/project director, create new spex opportunities.
- Develop strong sector/discipline knowledge and relationships.
- Contribute to business plan and project management.
- Work with conference managers to create enable meaningful spex participation.
- To manage spexers on-site.
- To collaborate with all colleagues.
- To post continually on social media, especially linkedin.
