THE ROLE
As a specialist in Jira and Confluence platform, reporting to the Process & Compliance area, you will provide technical support to resolve incidents and accomplish requisitions in Jira and Confluence, and for implementing a set of improvements, including Service Management processes, in Jira Service Desk, Agile Project Management processes and in Jira Software. This position is expected to work alongside process, service and project management teams to define the best way to use Jira and Confluence to accomplish Farfetch needs. However, despite one of your main skills being Jira, you may be curious to explore and learn additional technologies to deliver a complete architecture, such as some BI tools from user perspective, spreadsheets etc. We are hiring a Jira Specialist who wants to be part of a revolutionary and unprecedented part of history here in Farfetch by unblocking engineering teams to be more agile and service management teams to be more efficient.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Resolve incident tickets in Jira and Confluence reported by the whole Tech team (infrastructure, software, data, service management, internal IT etc.)
- Accomplish requisitions for new boards, dashboards, projects, workflows, integrations and more, according to the architecture in place
- Follow up Atlassian incidents and latest news to help people to use Jira better
- Work in continuous improvement projects, using Jira to implement new processes and methodologies
- Produce knowledge to the 1st line to resolve Jira issues so that you may focus on more complex initiatives
- Help to create and maintain reports based on Jira data
- Be the reference in Jira and Confluence in Farfetch, providing internal consultancy.
WHO YOU ARE
- A professional with 2+ Years of specific experience with Jira
- Willing to provide exceptional customer service
- Service-oriented, knowing that we exist to serve our internal customers and our focus must be to make their lives easier and happier
- Knowledgeable in Javascript and/or algorithm
- Knowledgeable in Google Apps (Spreadsheets, Slides, Data Studio)
- Curious to explore related technologies
- You have attention and responsibility dealing with sensitive tasks
- A good teammate, respectful with customers and colleagues
- Able to deal with internal and external customers, including clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, both in Portuguese and English
- Experienced working in large-scale organizations on a multi-national level with a multicultural team is a plus
- Have had experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) practices will be a great plus
- Knowledgeable in ITIL, BPM, Project and Agile certifications will be considered a plus.
