As our client base keeps expanding, we are now hiring a Content Project Manager. The role is very hands-on and suits someone that enjoys being at the heart of the business. You will be the main point of contact for clients and our team of copywriters and will make sure every project is delivered on time and exceeds client expectations.

Main responsibilities:

- Provide quotes and information about our Content Services;
- Attend briefing meetings with new and existing clients;
- Create orders based on the client’s specifications;
- Assign content writing tasks to vendors and negotiate rates when required;
- Run quality-assurance and plagiarism-checking tools;
- Deliver completed projects to clients within set deadlines;
- Insert project data and financials on the CMS;
- Identify and resolve content writing service issues;
- Assisting the Vendor Manager on vendor selection when required.
