About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Brand Strategy and Content Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in creating campaigns that align with brand objectives, customer needs, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and medical affairs teams to develop omnichannel campaigns.
  • Work with the Brand Lead and Customer Experience Strategist to implement strategic brand plans.
  • Create, edit, and review scientific content for marketing and awareness campaigns.
  • Ensure campaigns meet customer needs and all content is clear, concise, and tailored to target audiences.
  • Collaborate with global teams and external agencies for content creation, adaptation, and localization.
  • Engage with the content production team to ensure accurate, effective content delivery.
  • Stay updated on marketing trends and optimize content based on data and best practices.
  • Lead discussions on campaign tradeoffs, KPIs, and success metrics.
  • Collaborate with BI&A teams to refine tactics using advanced analytics.
  • Work with medical, regulatory, compliance, and legal teams to ensure all content meets necessary guidelines.
  • Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks based on business objectives and deadlines.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven ability to meet commercial and broader performance objectives.
  • Experience in creating promotional materials with a strong interest in marketing and disease awareness.
  • Skilled in influencing, collaboration, and project management.
  • Background in project management and product launches.
  • Experience managing budgets.
  • Proficient in using analytical models and translating BI&A insights into actionable tactics.
  • Expertise in customer strategy, content production, and digital marketing.
  • High fluency in English.
  • Sales experience is a plus.
  • Strategic mindset, familiar with customer journeys (HCP, Patient, Payor), and capable of building content plans based on user data analysis.
