Partner Sales Representative

Our Client is a reference in his business activity sector. They are looking to reinforce their structure in Portugal with a Partner Sales Representative, were his duties include Select, monitor, develop, streamline and control, in a profitable way, the network of partnerships and the associated portfolio, through correct planning, in order to achieve objectives defined by the Partners Department.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
? Guarantee the training, promotion and monitoring of each Partner;
? Evaluate the growth potential of current partners, and propose the design, development and implementation of
marketing and sales actions, with the objective of strengthening partnership ties and enhancing the profitability
of the business;
? Ensure the production of information about commercial activity and business evolution for the WEM Partners
Department in order to report the activity and justify management decisions;
? Plan and carry out constant market research in order to present, win and work with new partners;
? Monitor the Business Management indicators assigned to Partners and implement measures to maximize sales
results.

Knowledge & Experience
? Experience of negotiation business strategies and seeing these through to the delivery of actionable results.
? Results orientated with a track record of consistently delivering to agreed objectives
? Understanding of the insurance industry, including external influences and internal functions
? Strong relationship building skills and a willingness to network and cultivate relationships with new and
prospective customers for the benefit of the business
? Demonstrate an ability to work as part of a team and with numerous parties in order to achieve intended results.
? University degree, preference management or economics;
? Preference on 5+ years’ experience in insurance in several areas;
? General knowledge of the products and services of the competitors;
? Good knowledge of the market in which it operates;
? Solid experience in work by objectives, strategy planning and working in sales;
? Knowledge of English (mandatory) and Spanish (preferably)
